Delivery

Once you have successfully placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure you provide the correct contact number for the couriers to contact you regarding delivery

We deliver to UK mainland. Off shore deliveries can take 7-14 days which may be an additional charge depending on the postcode

Free standard delivery in the UK typically takes 7 to 10 working days, We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom. Our couriers /deliveries are between the hours of 6am – 9pm.

All deliveries are to curb side ONLY - 1 man delivery service - (Houses/homes – door service only to front door) (Flats – to communal ground floor only)

If you wish to cancel your order please provide us with 48 hours notice

Shipping

Our shipping process is very efficient and shipped with care. The couriers will contact you usually 24 hours prior to your delivery scheduled and an allocate time slot

Delivery slots cannot be changed as that’s when the couriers will be in your location at a specific time

Our delivery is a free curb side delivery to the main entrance of the building. Any other requirements can be discussed with the drivers on the day of delivery

After sales

If you have any issues regarding your purchase or delivery please report this within 24 hours of receiving your goods this will help us to identify and issues caused with an immediate response

Our customer care team will always have the customers interest at our highest priority and faulty goods or damages will be dealt within a fast and effective time frame
