Return & Refund Policy

At DBZKHAN LTD (trading as BedsDivans), we want to make the returns process as straightforward as possible. Please read the following information carefully before requesting a return.

Proof of Purchase

To process a return, we require valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, invoice or relevant email correspondence.

All returns must be approved by DBZKHAN LTD (BedsDivans) before the item is returned.

Please do not send any item back to the manufacturer or our premises without receiving confirmation and return instructions from us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Our customer service team is available to assist with any questions regarding returns or your order.

30-Day Returns

Our change-of-mind return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
Have all relevant packaging, including the base bag, retained and kept in suitable condition.
Be adequately protected for transportation.

Please note that this change-of-mind policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Returning Your Item

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions.

Please clearly provide your:

Full name
Order number
Full address

If you are arranging your own return, we recommend using a tracked delivery service so that you have proof of delivery.

For bulky items, please contact us before making any arrangements, as specific collection arrangements may be required.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellations requested after 48 hours may incur a £30 cancellation fee, where applicable.

If an item has already been dispatched or prepared for dispatch, additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances and the delivery/collection arrangements involved.

Change of Mind

If an item is no longer wanted or you have simply changed your mind within the applicable return period, the cost of returning the item may be your responsibility.

For bulky items where you require us to arrange collection, a £62 collection fee may apply.

Any applicable return or collection costs will be explained to you before the collection is arranged.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected.

We will then notify you by email whether your return has been approved and whether a refund is applicable.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account or payment provider.

If you have still not received the refund after allowing reasonable processing time, please contact us using the details below so that we can investigate this for you.

Exchanges

Where an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to assessment.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

For change-of-mind requests, an exchange may be subject to the applicable return and collection costs.

Important Information

Please do not return any item without first contacting us and receiving approval.

For mattresses and other bulky products, customers should ensure the item is properly protected and packaged where required before collection or return.

Returns relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods will be dealt with in accordance with your applicable statutory rights.
