Delivery Information
FREE UK DELIVERY
Your mattress will be dispatched flat-packed and ready to use. Our mattresses are not vacuum rolled.
Delivery is within 7–14 working days, although some locations may take up to 21 working days.
Once your order has been booked with our courier, they will contact you directly by text message and/or telephone to confirm the delivery date and available time information.
Please do not make arrangements or take time off work until your delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Deliveries are made between approximately 6am and 9pm and are kerbside/front-door delivery only.
We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, the Channel Islands or other offshore islands.
Important Mattress Information
Please allow approximately 2–3 months for your mattress to fully settle, plump and reach its optimum comfort level following delivery.
Mattress depth can vary slightly depending on the mattress specification and manufacturing process.
A new mattress may have a slight chemical/manufacturing odour when first unpacked. This is normal and should gradually dissipate over the following few weeks. Allowing the mattress to air in a well-ventilated room can help.
The colour or design of the mattress fabric, topper or pillow-top material may vary slightly depending on stock availability.
